Higher frequencies need more voltage anyway, so this problem is not apparent. But give them 1.30-1.35V and all is fine. I guess B-Die is just not happy with only 1.25-1.30V, although they start to show some stability. Only drawback for now is 3600 on all timings, it's hardest to find stable voltage. But I guess not worth spending double or triple the price for -0.1V, DDR5 will be here in 2 years anyway and 1.50V, even 1.55V shouldn't be a problem for 2 years. That last post though, that is something special, 4000 CL15 1.40V. I also found this thread some time ago, but there's not much except 4000 CL16 1.40V, that's nothing out of the ordinary: Other kits are too expensive anyway just for playing with them.
